Crystal Aura Repair

Use a quartz crystal to repair breaks and holes in your aura. Someone else must do this for you, ideally someone with psychic gifts.

Slowly pass a charged quartz crystal around the body.

If a 'cold' spot is sensed or there is a perception of a gap or vulnerability, stop and allow the crystal to hover and rest over the area. This has a rebuilding and repairing effect, although it may need to be repeated several times to be fully effective.
